Presentations from the Welsh FIL Interlending event, 'Are We There Yet? Document Delivery in Wales' that took place on the 9th May 2012 at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, are now available to view.

Presentations from our ever popular FIL@BLDSC event that took place at the British Library Document Supply Centre in Boston Spa, West Yorkshire on Friday 16th March 2012 are now avaiable for viewing.
We now have the presentations from the joint FIL/LIEM Workshop held at the David Wilson Library (University of Leicester) on the 3rd November 2011 available for viewing.
Focused on the future of the British Library’s document supply service, getting to Customer Services personnel, abd also feature the first ever public demonstration of the new British Library Document Supply Service.
